HOW DO I PRAY? How do I engage in Soulful Prayer?
Prayer begins with sending something very simple: YOUR SENSATION OF LOVE. Imagine someone that you love very much.Feel the emotion of love within you. Hold the space for what you are feeling. Imagine now that you are transfer the love out beyond your physical self and into the world. See it flowing toward what you are praying for. I like to call this "Soulful Prayer." As it is prayer infused with the energy of your soul. Embody the feeling of Love and send it out beyond your borders. Send it through your thoughts, through your heart, and through the emotions you feel in your body.
